Age Restrictions for Clients

• Minimum Age: Clients using GTZHost's services must confirm they are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• Underage Clients: Clients under 13 are required to notify us immediately and discontinue using our services. They are not permitted to use any services offered by GTZHost.
• Clients Under 18: Clients between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent to access our site and services. Additionally, these clients must comply with all security measures and not attempt to bypass any restrictions. GTZHost disclaims any responsibility for issues arising from a client's age.

Accessing Our Services

• Personal Data: In order to access the control panels provided by GTZHost, users must furnish accurate personal information, which we safeguard confidentially. It's imperative that this information is complete and truthful. Failure to comply may result in denial of access or suspension/termination without refund.
• Limited Usage License: By engaging with our services, GTZHost grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. This encompasses accessing our services and associated software on a single device. Commercial use is strictly prohibited, and bandwidth restrictions may apply. Users are responsible for preventing unauthorized access or misuse. Any violation of these terms will lead to immediate license termination. Users confirm that individuals under 13 will not access our services without parental consent. Violators may face legal consequences as permitted by law.

Billing and Payment

• Payment Process: GTZHost will commence the setup of your chosen services upon receipt of full payment through our secure online ordering system. An invoice will be generated at least 20 days before the due date, and it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment and manage associated fees during your tenure with us. Our order forms are fully secured to guarantee payment security.
• Payment Options: If your account has an outstanding balance for more than 5 days, GTZHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until full payment is received. You will be notified accordingly. To facilitate payment, GTZHost offers various options including Credit Card, BitCoin, Wire Transfers, and Cash/Money Order.
• Refund Policy: Please be aware that GTZHost does not issue refunds unless covered by our money-back guarantee outlined in Section 11 or in case of a billing error.
• Automated Subscriptions: Opting for "CREDIT CARD" payment triggers an automated subscription upon service purchase. This means automated deductions on due dates. Refunds for automated subscriptions are not provided unless specified in Section 11. To cancel, contact support or manage it directly. Once processed, subscription payments are non-refundable, except as per Section 11.
• Fees: GTZHost may apply fees for service issues, exempting those caused by our own failures.
• Set-Up Fees: Dedicated server rentals waive set-up fees unless required by third-party providers or as needed.

Services Overview

• Dedicated Servers: GTZHost offers dedicated server solutions with varying specifications, catering from basic to advanced needs. These specifications encompass processing power, RAM, and hard drive capacities.
• Colocation Services: GTZHost provides comprehensive colocation services covering power supply, cabinet space, uplink connections, IP allocations, and bandwidth, including IP Transit Services.
• DDoS Mitigation Services: GTZHost delivers robust DDoS Mitigation Services targeting Level 3 ingress traffic, providing protection against Layer 1 to 6 DDoS attacks on client server hosts, implemented upstream from Level 3 circuits.
• IP Transit Services: GTZHost offers diverse IP transit connectivity options such as Level 3, Cogent, PCCW, NTT, China Telecom, and China Unicom, subject to availability. Subscribers with colocation services or third-party colocation providers can access these services, with subscribers bearing cross-connect fees for GTZHost's IP Transit services.
• VPS Servers: GTZHost provides user-friendly cloud and VPS services. 4.6 Web Hosting: GTZHost offers web hosting services utilizing its server infrastructure, managed through WHM and cPanel.

Copyright Information and Intellectual Property Rights

• Copyright Ownership: The materials accessible through our servers and on any other website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by GTZHost constitute our proprietary information and valuable intellectual property. Copyright infringement is not tolerated. Our content and software are registered with relevant authorities. These materials may not be copied, distributed, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, or transmitted without our prior written consent. Permission is granted to print a copy of these materials solely for personal use, provided that any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, or other proprietary notice or legend is not removed or altered. Any modification or use of the content, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights. No ownership or intellectual property rights are acquired through the use of our services. All materials, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio clips, music, soundtracks, button icons, streaming data, animations, images, downloadable materials, data compilations, and software, are the property of GTZHost or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. The compilation of these materials is the exclusive property of GTZHost or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and other applicable regulations.

Unacceptable Content or Links

Examples of content or links that are considered unacceptable include:

• Pirated software
• Hacker programs or archives
• Warez websites

NOTICE: Any illegal activity, such as hosting illegal MP3 files, pirated software, hacker programs, warez programs, or any other illegal files, will result in immediate termination of your account without prior notice. GTZHost will also report such actions to the appropriate authorities.

Unpaid Invoices

• Customer Hardware Collateral: Please note that if your account remains more than 30 days overdue on payments, GTZHost reserves the right to assume ownership of colocated equipment.
• Service Suspension: Additionally, if any outstanding payment is not made by the due date, we may suspend the provision of services to you.
• Service Indemnification: You are responsible for defending us against claims made by third parties resulting from the services we provide to you and your use of those services, as well as any violations of these business terms.
• Termination due to Breach: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services and/or termination of this Agreement without prior notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate this Agreement if you violate any of these terms and conditions and fail to correct the violation after receiving written notice from us identifying the violation for seven (7) days.
• Liquidation: If your company enters into insolvent liquidation, appoints an administrator or administrative receiver, or reaches a voluntary arrangement with your creditors, we may terminate this Agreement immediately. Upon termination or suspension of services, we may block your website and remove all stored data. We may delete this data or retain it for a period to allow you to retrieve it at your expense, subject to the full payment of any outstanding amounts owed to us.

Service Upgrades

• Upgrades: Please be aware that any upgrades you request will not take effect during your current billing cycle but will start at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you need an immediate upgrade, you must pay the full upgrade cost, which will not extend your current billing cycle.

Setup Procedures

• Setup Time: Our standard setup time for all services is within 24 hours from the date of purchase. However, please note that setup durations may vary depending on the service type, such as dedicated servers. You will receive detailed information about the setup timeline in the description on the order form.

Cancellations and Terminations

• Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your services, please visit our billing portal at https://www.gtzhost.com/billing/clientarea.php and submit a cancellation support ticket at least 24 hours before your next due date. Please note that cancellations made via mIRC will not be considered valid. Upon requesting cancellation, your automated subscription will be terminated from our end. You are responsible for any charges incurred until the termination of your membership or service. Please be aware that no refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued upon account cancellation. The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect until termination, and access to non-public areas of our services will be revoked upon processing your cancellation request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• Money-Back Guarantee : We stand behind our services with a 99.99% uptime guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our services within our 3- or 30-day guarantee period, we will provide a full refund of the service cost. Please note that setup fees and other associated fees are non-refundable. Our 3-day guarantee covers Bare Metal Servers, VPS Servers, Colocation, IP Transit, and DDoS Mitigation Services, while our 30-day guarantee applies to Web Hosting and Web Hosting Reseller services. To initiate the guarantee, we require proof of service dissatisfaction, such as late setup times beyond our 24-hour timeframe or unresolved connectivity issues.
• Supplement to Money-Back Guarantee: Our policies are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates to our Terms of Service (TOS) agreement. Failure to comply with our TOS may result in termination of your agreement with GTZHost. This TOS agreement supersedes any other contracts, and we reserve the right to deny service to anyone. By accepting this TOS, you agree to any future changes without prior notification.

Amendments

• Updates: GTZHost may update these Terms and Policies periodically. Any changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms and Policies in the service's terms of use section. Your ongoing use of the service will signify your acceptance of these updated Terms and Policies. If you disagree with the amendments and choose not to continue using the service, you have the option to inform GTZHost of your decision to terminate your usage.
